In America,Alanis (2017) you're truly haven't made ituntil you've been cast in wax and thrown into the most vile neighborhood in America: Times Square.

On Wednesday, New York City's Madame Tussauds' Wax Museum introduced the latest prominent waxwork to their collection: Melania Trump. Wax Melania will stand in the "World Leaders Hall" section, which also includes Nelson Mandela and Malcolm X -- legendary leaders who sought freedom and racial justice, while she was busy advancing the Obama birther conspiracy and helping to elect a know-nothing demagogue president.

Nuances, schmuances. And who better to introduce a wax exhibit than Sean Spicer, a man who voluntarily hollowed out his core in order to serve the Trump administration?

Take a look, dear readers. Dressed in MAGA socks, Sean looked at peace Wednesday morning next to his former tormentor and his wife, now encased in silence and wax.

Madame Tussaud's decided to title the exhibit "Give Melania a voice" which I mean... c'mon. It's way too easy for us culture bloggers to neg on this. Considering she shares a bank account with a billionaire, Melania can't exactly count herself as one of America's voiceless. As First Lady, Melania Trump has had multiple opportunities to use her voice to stand up against the Muslim ban, or the trans military ban, or Trump's plan to eviscerate Obamacare and devastate the poor.

Instead, she's chosen to sit by quietly and tweet out meaningless saccharine bromides about bullying you could pull from any sixth grade student council campaign.

For that, and her proximity to power, she's been given the title of "world leader" by the museum, and the honor of having her body encased in wax.

"Melania's a very gracious and fashionable woman," Spicer said at the exhibit's opening, in between promoting his soon-to-be-published book.

He added that, "the American people don't appreciate her level of intellect...she's very well read."

In Sean's defense, it's clear that Melania read Michelle Obama's speech very well when she stole lines from it for her 2016 RNC speech -- but, moving on.

Visitors to the exhibit will have the opportunity to "speak as Melania" by using the museum's Twitter account of her wax figure. I'm not quite sure how that'll turn out with the museum's heavy teenage boy audience, but I much rather see her wax figure tweet out "dicks are funny" than her actual, far more frightening, opinion on the Iran deal.

Give Melania a voice, folks. Just make it better than the one we've already heard.
